Daniel Malcolm Coaching: Bespoke Personal Training in Marylebone, Fitzrovia and St Johns Wood

Qualified personal trainer for over 10 years, sports and training have always been my passion since a young age. My curiosity has taken me to weight training, strength & conditioning, boxing, tennis and pilates.

With my clients I focus on getting my clients stronger and leaner through weight training which is the most time efficient way of training to change your body composition.

I like to focus om strength and endurance training that will help you

I also coach clients in boxing for skill acquisition and pilates for core strength training to aid with posture and lower back pain.
